What that looks like, will vary from client to client and will be determined by the challenges of the moment. It is up to us to always provide the best solution. This requires creativity, high-quality expertise and capabilities.
Our relevance should also lead to healthy returns from all our participations — healthy enough to continue investing in development, in new colleagues and in adding new areas of expertise.
Also, we want to be healthy enough to invest in inspiring events and, of course, the occasional party to celebrate our successes.
